Position Overview:The Manager of Telemetry is responsible for overseeing telemetry unit operations and leading high-performing teams focused on patient safety quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations staffing and patient throughput for the telemetry department.
Ensure achievement of quality metrics patient safety outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate closely with cardiology and interdisciplinary care teams.
Oversee departmental budgets scheduling and resource utilization.
Lead and implement performance and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Active RN license.
Minimum 1 year of telemetry leadership or charge nurse experience.
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
