We are seeking a highly experienced proactive and mature Executive Personal Assistant to support a large services organization providing support to all North America. This role is critical to the success of a global leadership team and requires exceptional agility discretion and executive presence.
What will your job look like
- Serve as the right hand to the GM anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support including proactive complex calendar management global meeting coordination across time zones and executive communications.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements manage expenses and respond promptly to any itinerary changes as they arise.
- Act as a liaison between the GM and senior leaders across the U.S India. and Israel ensuring alignment and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with maturity flexibility and a calm solutions-oriented approach.
- Coordinate high-stakes meetings townhalls offsite events internal communications site and customer visits with precision and professionalism as well as additional operational activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience supporting senior executives including C-Level in a fast-paced global environment.
- A high degree of pro-activeness professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity
- Proven ability to operate independently take initiative and drive results with minimal direction. Proactively be able to create relationships with internal leaders and collaborate with other global PAs across the organization
- Exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with diverse personalities and leadership styles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams Outlook Excel (basic) WhatsApp.
- Demonstrates flexibility to work early mornings evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Be able to provide real-time support in a fast-paced environment
