What Youll Do
- Lead and coach engineers and tech leads to deliver reliable scalable systems.
- Drive technical strategy across marketing automation and payments platforms.
- Partner with Product and Design to ship high-impact features quickly.
- Champion code quality testing standards and continuous improvement.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term system health and scalability.
- Seasoned Technologist: 10 years in software engineering including 3 in a leadership capacity.
- Hands-On Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one cloud platform (GCP AWS or Azure).
- Strategic Leader: Proven experience driving engineering excellence in fast-scaling SaaS environments.
- System Thinker: Skilled in platform architecture distributed systems and service reliability.
- Empathetic Leader: You care deeply about people communication and building a high-performing inclusive team culture.
