Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospital pharmacy services
Ensure full compliance with all state/federal pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards
Partner with medical and nursing leadership to enhance medication therapy outcomes
Oversee budgeting staffing and performance optimization of the pharmacy department
Lead initiatives driving quality improvement innovation and cost-efficiency

Qualifications:
Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy
PharmD strongly preferred
