Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Develop detailed business cases and reports to support decision-making
- Create and maintain project documentation such as project charters scope documents and user manuals
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge the gap between current and desired state
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems or processes
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $98000 - $135000 per year
Currency: USD
Maximum Experience: 20 years
