Starting Wage for SALES COORDINATOR IS $55k - $67k

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the execution of the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process from RFP to customer onboarding.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid delivery and client integration.
Ensure quality and accuracy of customer data shared across departments.
Drive customer onboarding and product qualification processes.
Escalate issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
Provide training and support on LTO tools and processes.
Act as a project manager for one-off sales initiatives requiring structured coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
Sales customer service and project management experience are highly desirable.
Excellent computer skills to include MS365 PowerBI reporting CRM and SAP.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
