Role Overview:The hospital is seeking an experienced Manager of Hospital Facilities Management to lead day-to-day facility operations ensuring full compliance with regulatory safety and environmental standards. This role is essential to maintaining infrastructure reliability patient safety and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee maintenance engineering and facility operations across the hospital campus
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission AHCA OSHA NFPA and life safety standards
Manage preventive maintenance programs energy/utilities optimization and emergency preparedness
Oversee facilities team performance operational budgets and capital improvement projects
Partner with hospital leadership to align infrastructure strategy with organizational objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in hospital or healthcare facilities management
Strong working knowledge of hospital regulatory and life safety standards
CHFM certification preferred (not mandatory)
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year; clean professional history required
