This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether theyre asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.

Position Summary

As a Client Success Specialist at GSR Group you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction retention and long-term success of our clients. Youll act as a trusted advisor and liaisonguiding clients through onboarding adoption and optimization of our services while aligning their goals with GSR Groups solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication relationship management and problem-solving. Youll have the opportunity to influence client outcomes collaborate across teams and contribute directly to the companys growth and reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients ensuring consistent and proactive communication.

  • Build strong trust-based relationships by understanding each clients business objectives and challenges.

  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of GSR Groups solutions.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Client Advocacy & Strategic Partnership

  • Act as the clients advocate within GSR Group ensuring their needs and feedback inform company initiatives.

  • Partner with internal teamsincluding Sales Product and Operationsto deliver cohesive value-driven solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for clients to maximize value through additional services or product enhancements.

Performance & Retention

  • Monitor client engagement satisfaction and retention metrics.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to mitigate churn risks and drive renewals.

  • Maintain accurate client records communications and progress tracking in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Operational Excellence

  • Analyze client data to identify trends opportunities and areas for optimization.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts including refining client success processes and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the broader Client Success team to create a consistent high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1 years of experience in client success account management customer service or a related role.

  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).

  • A proactive solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with client success metrics reporting tools and performance dashboards.

  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding retention and satisfaction goals.
