About the Opportunity
We operate in the K-12 education sector focused on primary/elementary schooling across India delivering foundational STEM literacy and inquiry-led science learning to young learners. This role is an on-site teaching position responsible for designing and delivering age-appropriate science lessons that build curiosity conceptual understanding and safe hands-on experimentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate science lessons for primary grades that align to the school curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Design and facilitate hands-on experiments demonstrations and STEM activities that prioritise safety participation and concept mastery.
- Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress; adapt instruction and provide timely feedback to support differentiated learning.
- Integrate digital tools (e.g. Google Classroom interactive whiteboards) to enhance instruction assignments and parent communication.
- Maintain classroom routines and positive behaviour management to create a safe inclusive and active learning environment.
- Collaborate with grade-level peers subject leads and parents on curriculum planning student interventions and reporting.

- Strong command of English for classroom instruction; proficiency in a regional language is an advantage.
