Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including fulfilment dispatch inventory control and logistics.
- Lead coach and develop a large team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Ensure that all orders are picked packed and dispatched on time and in full (OTIF).
- Optimize the warehouse layout pick routes and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Production and Customer Service.
- Manage fleet operations including scheduling maintenance and fuel tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- 5 years experience in warehouse or distribution management.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Logistics or Business Management (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g. Odoo and SAP).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities.
- Valid RSA drivers license.
