Develop and deploy customer strategies to achieve businesss goals maintain/improve sales profit and market share.
Drive sales growth to maximize net sales within geographic territory and help the organization meet its annual net sales goals.
Possess mastery level knowledge of products disease states treatment and competitors and effectively communicate to drive performance.
Call on key healthcare providers including physicians pharmacists and their staff on a regular basis and achieve daily call goals.
Maximize sales potential by effectively analysing territory business on a regular basis.
Effectively and compliantly manage territory which includes call reporting expense reporting and maintaining consistent routine communication with manager and colleagues.
Demonstrate the following personal attributes: ownership mentality resourceful a positive attitude determined persistent curious works with urgency and is confident.
Fully engage with key customers by developing and implementing strategies that support the growth of assigned product(s).
Always operate within compliance guidelines.
Responsible for observing all company health safety and environmental guidelines.
Education Qualifications Skills and Experience:
Education:Bachelors degree is required
2 years ofbusiness-to-business sales experience in Pharmaceuticals Biopharmaceuticals or Medical Device industry
Understanding of healthcare industry; medical or healthcare experience
A track record of proven sales success within Immunology biologics or rare disease
Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills planning critical thinking problem solving and exhibits sound judgement
A persuasive communication style ability to think strategically excellent planning skills and superior organization
Entrepreneurial mindset that contributes to building companys culture
Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills
Data analysis experience with the ability to translate findings into sales strategies
Excellent communication skills including written oral as well as presentation capabilities
A flexible team orientated attitude willing to contribute own skills to deliver AstraZeneca priorities
DESIRED
Second degree e.g. MBA.
Prior experience launching new products
Self-starter and proactively driving projects toward successful completion
