Discover Impactful Work:
This role sits in the APAC Data Engineering and Visualization team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights using Power BI in the APJ region
A day in the Life:
- Collaborate with business partners to gather data requirements analyze data sources and design dashboards that provide valuable insights.
- Clean transform and prepare data for analysis ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Build visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboards that enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Monitor and optimize solutions for performance scalability and data refresh efficiency.
- Collaborate with data governance to implement standard processes to maintain data quality and security.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Power BI solutions data models and processes for operational support and compliance.
- Providetechnical leadership and mentoringfor junior developers.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Computer Science or related field.
Experience
- 6 yearsof proven experience as a Power BI Developer/BI Engineer with proven expertise incomplex data modeling DAX and Power Query.
- Strong expertise inSQL(optimization stored procedures indexing query tuning)
- Understanding of Databricks and AWS technologies Redshift Athena S3 EC2 etc.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Advanced Power BI expertise row-level security paginated reports dataflows composite models deployment pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and extraction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global and collaborative environment.
