The role is opened to continue our daily milestone in serving our patients & partners and give them the highest level of support & partnership which is aligned with our daily mission to alleviate pain restore health and extend life. For this role you will be expected to work in our Egypt Cairo office full time with 20% travelling.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • The candidate will be the face of the Service & Repair team across the entire Medtronic product ranges for Distributor Markets.
  • Ensure quality agreements and service contracts are drafted signed updated and filed in contract repository
  • Receive technical training requests and connect with training coordinator to fulfil training needs
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical support by managing training requests coordinating with distributors on installed equipment and spare parts facilitating urgent parts supply escalations disseminating technical manuals and bulletins assisting with tender applications coordinating corrective actions and ensuring timely processing of warranty claims.
  • May undergo technical training and conduct site visits for technical support if required.
  • Main interface between MDT and distributor network in the Central and North Africa Middle East Central Asia and Turkey region.
  • Will be responsible for scheduling distributor reviews identify opportunities for revenue within the distributor network and compliance.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service field service or distributor support in the medical devices industry.
  • Strong understanding of service and repair processes for medical equipment.
  • Experience in contract management including drafting and maintaining service agreements.
  • Familiarity with warranty processes spare parts logistics and corrective action coordination.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain effective communication with distributors.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory technical and commercial teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Good command of MS Office programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are balanced with speed and effectiveness.
