Job Description:
Project manageroversees real estate development projects from start to finish managing timelines budgets and resources.Key responsibilities include project planning coordinating with architects and contractors supervising construction and site execution managing permits and approvals ensuring quality control and safety and communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of real estate development projects
- Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Monitor construction progress and quality standards
- Facilitate communication among project team members
- Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in real estate construction management or related field
- Proven experience in real estate project management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management software
- Familiarity with local zoning and permitting processes
