- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a strong emphasis on IRM modules including Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Audit Management and Vendor Risk Management.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications workflows and integrations to meet business requirements and enhance platform functionality.
- Provide deep technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM solutions ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable and robust.
- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders including business analysts process owners and other developers to gather requirements design solutions and provide technical guidance.

- Following continuous improvement best practices by identifying and diagnosing improvement opportunities and delivering solutions using Agile software development processes and identifying risk by incorporating different Authentication mechanism.
