From parks & recreation and permitting to licensing and payments were replacing outdated systems with intuitive beautiful technology designed for residents and the public servants who serve them.
Our platform now powers over 50 agencies across 17 states reaching more than 30 million residents. Recent partners include Maricopa County (AZ) San Bernardino County (CA) and the Cherokee Maryland our platform helped eliminate seven-mile traffic jams at state parks saving hundreds of thousands in costs and dramatically improving the visitor experience.

Before you apply
This role is a contract position for 2-3 months. There is potential for it to convert to a full-time opportunity dependent on factors such as hiring plans and performance. Please do not apply if you are not open to contract work.
The Role
Were looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our growing team during an exciting scaling phase. Youll play a critical role in building out our hiring pipeline partnering closely with hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment balancing both strategic recruiting and hands-on coordination while helping shape our growth.
Location
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City HQ. Candidates must reside in New York or be able to commute to New York City to work out of our office at least three times a week (Tuesdays - Thursdays).
What Youll Do
Own top of funnel sourcing for key roles across the company
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs define roles and shape hiring strategies.
Assist with pipeline tracking reporting and hiring metrics.
Coordinate interview logistics - including scheduling candidate communication and internal alignment - ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Conduct weekly recruiter calls to share pipeline updates and insights.
Identify creative outside the box approaches to attract top talent - from automation tools to unique sourcing strategies.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates ensuring every interaction reflects our values of kindness empathy and transparency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and leadership to improve the recruiting and hiring experience.
What Youll Bring
3 years recruiting experience ideally in a fast-growing startup or tech company.
Extremely comfortable utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter Gem and Asbhy.
Comfortable managing both recruiting and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills - written verbal and interpersonal.
A creative problem-solver who loves building scalable recruiting systems and automating where possible.
Someone who leads with empathy values inclusion and champions a positive candidate experience.
Hourly rate is $38 - $43/hr
