WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Jensen Infrastructure is hiring an Industrial Recruiter to support high-volume manufacturing hiring across multiple locations.This position is remote but must be located near one of our plants in California.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager youll be managing full-cycle recruiting partnering closely with hiring leaders and building strong talent pipelineswhile delivering a positive professional candidate experience from first contact through hire.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

Managing full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles from job posting through offer acceptance and pre-hire onboarding coordination.
Partnering with HR and site leadership teams to understand staffing needs priorities and hiring timelines.
Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS) job boards networking and outreach efforts.
Prescreening candidates by evaluating skills experience interest level and cultural fit.
Coordinating interviews offers background checks and pre-employment screenings.
Tracking candidate activity and maintaining accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system.
Supporting recruiting events job fairs on-site hiring events and other recruiting-related activities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3 years of experience sourcing evaluating and presenting qualified candidates.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Indeed and other candidate search technology.
Demonstrated strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
Supporting recruiting efforts across multiple sites or locations.
Strong organizational skills while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
Experience working independently in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience (strongly preferred).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (a plus).
