Were expanding our AWS Services Team and looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who thrives on solving complex challenges and building trusted relationships with enterprise customers. If youre passionate about cloud technology and want to make a real impact this is your opportunity.
What Youll Do
- Be a strategic advisor to enterprise customers aligning AWS solutions with business goals.
- Optimize AWS environments for performance reliability and scalability.
- Lead operational reviews and service health assessments.
- Advocate for customer needs within AWS including feature requests.
- Collaborate with AWS support teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Participate in customer meetings and planning sessions.
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
What You Bring
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda RDS CloudFront IoT).
- 5 years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments.
- Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions.
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
