CAA Atlantic is seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Director Membership Marketing & Engagement this position is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity collaboration and community engagement. As a key member of the marketing team you will play an integral role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness member growth and engagement across Atlantic Canada.
In this role you will coordinate and support a diverse range of marketing activities-from community event planning and partnership support to digital campaign execution.
You will take an active part in organizing and managing community events that showcase CAA Atlantics brand values working closely with internal teams external vendors and community partners to ensure every detail is delivered seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to the success of regional initiatives through thoughtful coordination of event logistics venue selection and onsite support.
You will also collaborate with the broader marketing team to prepare creative briefs craft engaging content for social media and email marketing and assist in the execution of seasonal and annual marketing campaigns. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you manage communications track partnership deliverables and contribute to project planning across multiple lines of business.
