Description

We are looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard working housekeeping team at the Le Meridien Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by keeping our facilities in a clean and orderly condition while having fun at work!

Deliver excellent customer service
Dusts
Polish metalwork and furniture
Vacuum floors clean bathrooms and common areas
Supply own cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift
Remove debris and turn in any lost and found items
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Maintain equipment in good condition
Report on any shortages damages or security issues
Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required

Requirements

Skills to be successful in this role would include:

Ability to work 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Smile
Proven working experience in relevant field
Helpful with customer service
Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
