Job Summary
Job Summary
- Must be a US Citizen
- Required to present US passport or birth certificate with raised seal and background check results on day one
- Must pass client-specific background screening
- Onboarding/badging process must be followed per attached guidelines
- Initial training on 1st shift (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm) for 1 week paid lunch
- Multiple shifts available:
- 1st shift: Sun Thurs 7:30am 4:00pm
- 2nd shift: Tues Sat 2:30pm 11:00pm
- 3rd shift: Sun Thurs 10:00pm 6:30am
- Pay rates:
- 1st shift: $17.40 $18.00/hr
- 2nd shift: $17.60 $18.20/hr
- 3rd shift: $17.70 $18.30/hr
- Temp-to-hire position
- Will work independently as the only Vallen representative during parts of the shift
- Responsible for issuing parts and materials and assisting with inventory
- Must be able to read and understand written directions; basic math skills required
- Will use pallet jack and hand truck
- Computer skills required; data entry into various programs; may use handheld scanner; SAP experience is a plus
- Customer service skills required; this is a customer-facing role
- Must be able to stand and walk all day (1 2 miles per day)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dress code: jeans or durable pants t-shirt or polo; no shorts rips or inappropriate language on clothing
- Steel toe shoes required
