Legal Operations Manager

SailPoints legal team is tasked with building protecting and expanding SailPoints competitive advantage and customer experience. We intelligently manage risk shaping strategy to drive better business decisions for our internal and external environment.

As a Legal Operations Manager you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the legal function. Youll be responsible for implementing legal technologies including wider adoption of AI establishing operational processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. You will be a key asset in building the legal team and overseeing the connective tissue between legal finance engineering compliance and executive teamsensuring the legal department operates as a strategic enabler of growth and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel to drive legal department strategic planning process including goal development measurement and communication

• Drive execution of legals strategic initiatives through development and management of key legal workflows

• Develop innovative processes and procedures to support effective efficient program management and business operations including building central repositories for knowledge sharing scalable playbooks and identifying new legal tools that support rapid business scaling

• Identify track and report on key metrics related to legals in-house legal service delivery model

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales business development regulatory IT and finance to streamline cross-functional initiatives and operations

• Partner with legal and compliance teams to create and maintain standardized tracking and evaluation of risk assessments and mitigation plans to support a rapidly growing business

Requirements:

• BA or BS required

• 5 years of experience in legal operations legal program management or similar rolepreferably within a technology company

• Prior experience developing playbooks and policies

• Strong project management skills and a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect SailPoints differing products industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary for US-based employees will be in this range from (min-mid-max USD):

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employees home location.
