Youll support clients directly at job sites training sessions and local businesses throughout Kansas City.

What Youll Do- Coach clients in job readiness professional skills and workplace success.
- Assist with job placement training and long-term employment support.
- Build partnerships with employers and community agencies.
- Develop individualized employment plans and track outcomes in Therap
- Travel daily using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
What You Bring- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Valid drivers license (Class E MO or Class C KS) auto insurance clean driving record and personal vehicle (required).
- Compassionate communication strong organization and a person-centered mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete CPR/First Aid (training provided).
- Prior caregiving education or human services experience and employment is preferred.
