Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Culligans water and ice solutions to businesses and residential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores convenience stores and gas stations to secure water and ice contracts.
- Present and demonstrate Culligan bottle-free coolers and residential water treatment systems.
- Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door visits networking and follow-up.
- Prepare proposals quotes and contracts for prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
- Represent Culligan professionally at all times ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
- Travel to surrounding communities as required.
- Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales (water beverage or service industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate your own leads.
- Valid Class 5 drivers licence and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills for email CRM updates and reporting.
- Positive attitude integrity and a strong customer service focus.

- Base salary provided during probationary period.
