The Client & The Role
This is a boutique firm with a strong accounting team who takes pride in their strong client relationships and the services they provide. They have been operating in the Southern Sydney for the last 30 years and they have great structure and processes in place as well as technology.
They are now looking for a bookkeeper to join their experienced and supportive team and would consider a junior or a more experienced accountant.
The Duties & Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new clients and assessing administrative systems and processes
- Liaising with and lodging documents through the ATO and ASIC portals
- Lodge & process BAS & wages
- Allocate transactions
- Payroll if desired
- Ad hoc Bookkeeping duties
The Applicant
- Some experience in Bookkeeping Finance and Accounting
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Team working attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills
- Live reasonably locally on the south side of Sydney
