Key Responsibilities:
Lead microbiology department operations workflow and staff supervision
Ensure adherence to CAP/CLIA state and hospital regulatory standards
Partner with infectious disease and infection prevention teams
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee staff training scheduling and optimal resource utilization

Qualifications:
Active Florida MT license required
Minimum 3 year of microbiology lab leadership experience in acute care
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
