Associate Quality Engineer

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Quality Engineer to join our team in Jacksonville FL.

Position Responsibilities:

Supporting F-15 F/A-18 and KC-135 programs at Boeing Jacksonville and the Boeing Fort Walton the Beach site

Integrate quality with other supporting functions and stakeholders of F-15 F/A-18 and KC-135 programs at Boeing Jacksonville and the Boeing Fort Walton Beach site

Perform detailed Quality Engineering investigations execute product containment and implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action

Verify routine product conformance to design requirements

Identify and document discrepancies

Segregate and control non-conforming items

Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances for corrective action

Integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of

proposals and program processes and documentation

Develop quality metrics and quality plans to ensure compliance with contractual Company and

regulatory requirements

Process supplier notice of escapements

Perform supplier performance improvement

Must be willing to execute tasks and provide future insights to achieve organizational goals

Provide objective evidence of results

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor Masters or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry or other relevant technical field

• 1 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

• 1 years of experience in Quality Engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Previous work experience in aerospace manufacturing quality or another highly regulated industry
