Job Summary
Why we are looking for support
Your tasks
- Support the business lead in ensuring the project teams are clear and aligned with business goals
- Effectively communicate requirements and act as a point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team
- Conduct market research data analysis and benchmarking to support client engagement
- Assist in identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Support the preparation of client presentations reports and workshops
- Support in process map design documentation and note taking
- Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional project reams across Europe
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support in testing activities during the project including client support
- Maintain clear project documentation and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and continuous learning activities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Management or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in consulting analytics or business operations are a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) German or other European languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) experience with data tools (Power BI Tableau etc.) is an advantage
- Self-motivate proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- Previous exposure to the consumer goods or retail sector is a strong plus
