Hybrid - Cardiff 2 days per week in office
90000 - 100000 bonus excellent benefits

Youll oversee React Native React and cloud technologies shaping how millions of people interact with the platform; but were keen for a Tech-agnostic leader.

What youll do
Lead and mentor a talented agile engineering team.
Build and release high-performance mobile and web applications.
Collaborate with design product and backend teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
Champion best practices in testing quality and continuous delivery.
What were looking for
Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead.
Tech agnostic - youll use React (Typescript) & React Native but are keen for broad experience across Frontend/UI rather than a particular stack
Experience delivering customer-facing digital products at scale.
