Position Overview:
The Director of Quality will lead enterprise-level quality improvement and performance initiatives to drive excellence in clinical outcomes patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee hospital quality programs regulatory compliance and performance improvement initiatives.
Lead efforts related to hospital accreditation survey readiness and continuous compliance with national standards.
Partner with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.
Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
Develop strategies and drive measurable outcomes that align with organizational quality goals.
Qualifications:
Active RN license or equivalent clinical/healthcare leadership background.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in quality management or performance improvement.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree strongly preferred.
