Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth particularly for individuals eager to expand their expertise in managing complex accounts. You will provide essential support to Account Managers focusing on commercial real estate habitational and condominium accounts. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65K-$75K

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers
- Assist in managing a book of business focused on commercial real estate habitational and condominium accounts
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely and accurate quoting of new and renewal business
- Maintain and update client records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Support the team in achieving client satisfaction and retention goals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools
