We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a diverse range of events from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and execute events from conception to completion within specified timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives themes and logisticsensuring alignment with their vision.
- Research and secure venues vendors and supplies necessary for event execution.
- Coordinate all event logistics including transportation catering décor entertainment and technology.
- Manage on-site event operations ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently throughout the event.
- Create promotional materials and marketing strategies to enhance event visibility and attendance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management event planning marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination with a strong portfolio of past events executed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a knack for multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools as well as MS Office Suite.
