- Previous experience in RAMS

Youll play a vital role in coordinating and leading facility operations for programs and events booked by external groups in City Hall. What will you do
- Coordinate the scheduling of City-led partner-led and Arts District-led programming for Civic Centre spaces (City Hall Plaza Sir Winston Churchill Square Centennial Plaza)
- Directly control and deliver City-led programs and events including development staffing budgeting marketing implementation and evaluation
- Collaborate with arts and cultural organizations agencies and individuals to develop program and event opportunities
- Supervise and oversee program hosts duties including scheduling staffing levels and roles before during and after event delivery
- Coordinate the scheduling of programming within the public spaces of City Hall (City-led partner-led Arts District-led and Community-led)
- Act as a resource and City contact for user groups booking City Hall public space including City Hall Tours City Room bookings City Hall Display bookings and photoshoots
- Manage the scheduling booking licensing and billings of City Hall bookings
- Directly control and deliver City-led displays exhibits programs and events booked in City Hall
- Directly control the delivery of section-wide events (e.g. Summer Splash Day New Years Eve) attracted event animations (e.g. CFR Oiler Playoff programs) and Arts District Partner Events (e.g. Family Day)
- Directly supervise and oversee program hosts duties
- Coordinate facilities supplies and inventory required for programs
- Collaborate with internal and external partners who activate events in the Civic Centre and Downtown
- Recruit hire train schedule coach and evaluate Civic Centre Program and Event Hosts
