Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. Youll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs sensory processing and integration motor coordination fine motor development and independence through:

Providing individualized and group therapy
Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) and reflex integration
Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists and social workers
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Providing mentorship clinical guidance and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
