KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and grow a team of software engineers developing infrastructure solutions Drive development of embedded software and firmware for AWS fleet including:
- BIOS
- BMC (Baseboard Management Controller)
- Storage solutions
- Power and battery systems
Own strategic vision and tactical execution from concept to launch
Partner across AWS to enable rapid development of next-generation devices

- 5 years of engineering team management experience
- 10 years of planning designing developing and delivering consumer software experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $198100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
