Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Governance:Design and maintain robust standardized data models across multiple regions ensuring high-quality compliant and governed data structures.
Project Leadership & Delivery:Lead cross-regional data initiatives translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions managing priorities and facilitating Agile processes (scrums deployments retrospectives).
Technical Expertise & AI Integration:Apply deep database cloud (AWS) and insurance domain knowledge to deliver data-driven insights and integrate AI/ML or generative AI solutions.
