Essential Job Functions
- Accountable for productivity supervision and discipline of employees
- Train and advise employees on job specific duties.
- Assist and support management team with strategic planning of the operation and new business.
- Show initiative and make suggestions for process improvements.
- Effective communication with clients vendors and employees
- Assigns duties and examines work for exactness neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
- Completes performance appraisals on direct reports semi-annually and provides on-going feedback on work performance.
- Advises and enforces Health and Safety customs and trade compliance.
- Ensure the operation achieves internal and client KPIs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Physical Requirements
- Physically fit and able to think on your feet work in a fast-paced environment.
- Regularly lift and/or move 25kgs and occasionally lift and/or move 25kgs.
- Stand or sit for long periods of time.

- Leadership exhibits confidence in self and others.
- Planning/Organizing uses time efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenges with resourcefulness.
- Good communication skills
- Education and Experience:
- Three to four years relevant job-related experience education or combination thereof
- Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses:
- Forklift Certified (Counterbalance & Reach Truck) preferred.
