Job Description
We are looking for aManager Product Designwho excels inplanning processes and research-driven decision-making. This role requires a leader who can optimizedesign operationslead research efforts andleverage data insightsto drive confident design decisions. A background inProduct Managementis a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and improvedesign workflows and processesfor efficiency.
- Define and trackbusiness product metricsto measure design impact.
- Implement best practices forstreamlined execution and collaboration.
- Lead and integratedesign researchinto the core process.
- Analyzeuser behavior data trends and research findings to shape design strategies.
- Guide teams in makingdata-informed design decisions.
- Build and nurture a high-performingdesign team.
- Definegrowth paths review processes and quality benchmarks.
- Providementorshipand foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Ensureend-to-end delivery of projectswith a structured design approach.
- Define thedesign processfor each project to align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams (PMs Engineers Researchers)to ensure design success.
- Advocate foruser-centric designby incorporating business and industry awareness.
Skills and Experience
- 9 years of experience inDesign Operations Design Research or Project Management.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience indata-driven design decisions.
- Previous experience inleading design teams and defining operational frameworks.
- Background inProduct Managementis a plus.
