Whats the Role

As a Concierge at Rusacks St Andrews you will be at the heart of our guest experience providing exceptional service and creating lasting memories in one of the most iconic golfing destinations in the world. Youll take pride in delivering thoughtful seamless and personalised service that reflects the prestige and history of Rusacks St Andrews.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing a warm engaging welcome to all guests ensuring a memorable first impression.

• Sharing expert knowledge of St Andrews and the surrounding area including golf courses restaurants attractions and transport.

• Creating bespoke itineraries and recommendations tailored to each guests interests.

• Managing guest requests promptly efficiently and with the utmost professionalism.

• Coordinating with Front Office Housekeeping Maintenance and F&B teams to ensure flawless service delivery.

• Assisting with luggage handling valet parking and guest transportation arrangements.

• Handling guest feedback and complaints with empathy discretion and a solution-focused approach.

• Maintaining the lobby and guest areas to the highest presentation standards.

• Supporting the night and reception teams when required ensuring round-the-clock service excellence.

The Person

Were looking for someone who embodies the spirit of Scottish hospitality warm confident and genuinely passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or concierge role (luxury or boutique hotel experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive can-do attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

• In-depth local knowledge of St Andrews Fife and surrounding areas or enthusiasm to learn quickly.

• The ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

• A natural passion for service and attention to detail.
