Be the right hand to the People & Culture Lead

• Work side-by-side with the P&C Lead on day-to-day priorities and projects.
• Drive forward people initiatives across all functions and teams.

Recruitment & Employer branding

• Coordinate the full recruiting process - from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communication.
• Support hiring managers and ensure a smooth top-tier candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives that make us stand out as an employer of choice.

Pre-onboarding & Onboarding

• Own the pre-onboarding and onboarding experience for new joiners ensuring every detail feels thoughtful and people-first.
• Build scalable processes that make onboarding efficient yet personal.

People operations & Process automation

• Support in contract creation HR documentation and data management.
• Identify areas for improvement and help automate or streamline workflows.
• Contribute to the backbone of how we operate - making our People team more effective every day.

Culture & Engagement

• Plan and execute cultural and social events that help our team connect on a next level.
• Bring creativity and positive energy to company-wide initiatives that celebrate our people and values.

People partnering & Performance

• Get exposure to People Partnering and support managers with everyday people topics.
• Co-manage our performance management process ensuring continuous feedback and growth across the company.

• A proactive and enthusiastic drive - you take ownership and make things happen.
• Ambitious and eager to learn - youre curious adaptable and want to grow in the People field.
• Empathetic and people-first - you genuinely care about creating a great experience for others.
• Hold (or are pursuing) a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Psychology or another related field.
• Fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
