This role focuses on converting warm leads into confirmedmovingand storage service contracts.
Position Overview
TheMovingServicesSalesConsultantis responsible for managing inbound leads providing accurate quotes explaining service packages and closing contracts for residential and commercial moves.
Youll engage with customers by phone and email assess theirmovingneeds explain the value of theservicesoffered and guide them through the booking process until their move is confirmed.
Your role is toturn leads into scheduled movesthrough excellent communication attention to detail and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the scope of moves (local long-distance or commercial).
- Present service options pricing and timelines based on client requirements.
- Negotiate and close contracts following company guidelines.
- Accurately enter details and updates into CRM and scheduling systems.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline to ensure lead conversion.
- Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handoffs after booking.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets for new move bookings.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2 years insalesor customer acquisition (preferred industries:moving logistics transportation or homeservices).
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Consultativesalesability with a focus on understanding customer needs.
- Organized and efficient in managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Proficient with CRM and quoting/scheduling software.
- Goal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:Bachelors or Associate degree preferred (Business Marketing or related field).
- Requirements:
- Reliable laptop/PC headset and strong internet connection.
- Must be availableMondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM EST.
- Willing to work U.S. holidays if required (no paid holiday benefit).
Compensation & Terms
- Base Pay: $7 USD/hour ( 410 PHP/hour) approx. $1120 USD/month (65000 PHP) for 40 hours/week
- Commission: $40$100 USD per closed moving contract depending on distance and contract value
- Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding booking and revenue goals
- Benefits: Independent contractor role no paid holidays or leave; performance incentives apply
- Payment: Biweekly USD payout via EMS international payroll (Deel)

- Lead-to-close conversion rate (%)
- Average revenue per closed contract
