Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience & Innovation Culture Team of Customer Obsession & Innovation CoE

The responsibility of this team is to understand and anticipate customers needs to make their experience perceived as memorable and innovative. Our vision is to make ING the most loved bank in the Spanish market providing our customers a Superior Customer Experience.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Specialist you will:

• Analyze the Voice of the Customer using data analytics tools to gather insights on customer behavior preferences and trends identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer journeys making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Design customer journeys and customer experiences in digital and physical channels.
• Work with Business teams to propose customer experience improvement initiatives.
• Train different teams within the bank about customer experience strategies and tools.
• Create and present reports on customer journeys performance highlighting key metrics and insights to different stakeholders.

Background & experience

Master or bachelor degree with 1-3 year working experience in Customer Experience or Product & Service design.

Technical skills

Required:

• Strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions pivot tables etc.).

Desirable:

• Experience in data tools such as SQL Python Tableau or similar

• Experience applying Design Thinking or similar methodologies to CX challenges.

Soft skills:

• Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Resilient proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Curiosity and Outside-in approach to bring what other companies/industries are doing to build the best Customer Experience

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como Especialista en Experiencia del Cliente:

• Analizarás la Voz del Cliente utilizando herramientas de análisis de datos para obtener información sobre el comportamiento y preferencias de los clientes identificando oportunidades de mejora e innovación.
• Evaluarás la efectividad de los customer journeys haciendo recomendaciones basadas en datos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
• Diseñarás customer journeys y experiencias de cliente en canales digitales y físicos.
• Trabajarás con equipos de negocio para proponer iniciativas de mejora de la experiencia del cliente.
• Formarás a diferentes equipos dentro del banco sobre estrategia y herramientas de experiencia del cliente.
• Crearás y presentarás informes sobre experiencia de cliente a diferentes equipos del banco.

Qué estamos buscando

Formación y experiencia

Título de máster o licenciatura con experiencia laboral en áreas de experiencia de cliente o desarrollo de productos y servicios.

Conocimientos técnicos

Requerido

• Dominio de Excel (funciones avanzadas tablas dinámicas etc.)

Valorable

• Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de datos como SQL Python Tableau o similares.
• Experiencia aplicando Design Thinking o metodologías similares para el diseño de experiencias de cliente.

Competencias interpersonales

• Orientación al cliente con gran empatía y habilidades para resolver problemas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
• Resiliente proactivo y cómodo en situaciones de incertidumbre y ambigüedad.
• Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente entre equipos
