The Digital Transformation stream of our Business Transformation Team is anticipated to grow rapidly over the coming months therefore we are seeking skilled Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to a range of our projects across all capability areas including ServiceNow TechnologyOne Technology Services Cyber Data & AI and Strategic Advisory.

In these roles you will help us bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions promoting new ways of working by bringing a fresh approach to reviewing and optimising existing processes and ways of working.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

No certifications No problem! We put greater value on your experience and your ability to navigate and solve complex problems. With that in mind though we are looking for you to have a technical or financial focus to your background and skill set. This will allow you to compliment our capabilities across our ServiceNow Technology Services Cyber Data & AI and Strategic Advisory. xAmplify also added TechnologyOne as a capability in October 2025 therefore a background in financial or ERP will also be highly beneficial!

Additionally we are looking for our next Business Analysts to possess the following capabilities and experience:

Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills and discovery workshop facilitation
Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
Demonstrated business change and process re-engineering experience including working with Business stakeholder to adopt define and implement new ways of working
Visualisation of business needs goals objectives problems and vision
Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Good understanding of release and change management processes
Experience working with Agile environments and a good familiarity with Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think laterally propose and implement unique solutions to our clients and internally
Exellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good time management skills and be self-starting with the ability to drive your own actions whilst also working as part of a team

KEY DETAILS

Currently our Business Analysts operate predominantly to our Federal Government and Defence client base therefore we are seeking candidates with Australian citizenship and a current baseline or higher AGSVA Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one
If however you have Australian Permanent Residency or other Applicable Visa you will be able to work to our Private Sector client base. This client base is still growing for us so we may prioritise candidates that have the ability to work across our Federal Government and Defence client base first
These roles will be full time with contract engagements only considered in specific project circumstances
Salary with be negotiable based on experience but we are looking within a range of $120000.00 $160000.00 total remuneration package (base super)
These roles will operate in a hybrid model from the xAmplify Canberra or Sydney office (located in the CBD) and/or client site as required whilst also providing you the opportunity to work from home
