Job Summary
As the Senior Engineering Manager for DevOps Enablement youll lead the charge in building reliable scalable systems that power Best Buys Retail Media Network (RMN). Your work will directly impact how ads are delivered and campaigns executed ensuring smooth efficient operations across our AdTech ecosystem. If you love solving complex problems mentoring talented engineers and driving DevOps excellence this role is for you.

What youll do
- Lead DevOps strategy across RMN squads to improve reliability and CI/CD maturity
- Drive adoption of tools like Azure DevOps GitHub Actions Jenkins and Terraform
- Partner with teams to enhance observability and deployment readiness
- Oversee production readiness and rollback planning for releases
- Collaborate with support teams to automate monitoring and improve efficiency
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Basic qualifications
- 6 years in DevOps IT operations or software engineering
- 2 years in technical leadership or engineering management
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- 6 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment planning
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Preferred qualifications
- 8 years in DevOps or software delivery
- 3 years in engineering management or program leadership
- 1 year of experience with AdTech MarTech or Retail Media Networks
- Familiarity with governance frameworks like CAB and rollback planning
- Deep knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
