Division Vice President Case Management

Overview:
A leading multi-state acute care health system is seeking an experienced Division Vice President of Case Management to oversee enterprise-level case management operations across multiple hospitals. This executive will drive system-wide strategy for clinical quality patient flow care coordination and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for case management operations across multiple acute care facilities.
Develop and implement standardized policies protocols and workflows to improve throughput and quality outcomes.
Lead mentor and develop facility-level case management leadership teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with nursing physician and administrative executives to optimize discharge planning resource utilization and length of stay.
Ensure adherence to regulatory payer and internal compliance standards.
Evaluate performance trends identify operational gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
Foster a culture of patient-centered care accountability and collaboration across the continuum.
Qualifications:
Active RN license (Florida or Compact state).
Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience (Director/VP level) in acute care case management.
Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Masters degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Deep expertise in utilization management discharge planning payer regulations and hospital operations.
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year.
