What does a Technical Lead do at Hogarth
We areseekingan experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead withexpertisein decoupled Content Management Systems (CMS) specifically Drupal Sitecore or Umbraco. As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in leading our development team and driving the technical aspects of projects. Your primary responsibility will be toprovidetechnical guidance mentorship and leadership ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions. Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developersprovidingtechnical guidance support andexpertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to define technical requirements and project milestones.

- Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and quality guidelines throughout the development process.

- Design and develop APIs Microservices and other server-side components to support decoupled architectures.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in web development decoupled architectures and CMS technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for selecting the mostappropriate CMSplatform based on project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers to define project scope timelines and resource allocation.
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and other Agile development processes.

Key Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on decoupled CMS solutions.
- Strong background in developing web applications using modern front-end and :
- Proficiencyin decoupled CMS platforms ideally Drupal Sitecore or Umbraco.
- Strongexpertisein front-end technologies such as JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3 and front-end frameworks like React Angular or .
- Experience with server-side technologies such or Java.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIsGraphQL and other API integration techniques.
- Knowledge of database systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) andproficiencyin SQL.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
