Job Summary

This is a high-impact role that ensures our clients receive exceptional stormwater system service while leading crews to perform at their best. Youll be at the heart of Dragonfly Pond Works mission-delivering quality work maximizing team productivity and helping drive the success of every project.

Location: Altamonte Springs FL. 32714

Pay range: $65000 - $85000

Requirements

At least one year of former field experience (Lake/Pond Maintenance Construction or Landscaping).
Excellent managerial capabilities and current experience in a leadership role.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Great communication skills and ability to interact with multiple audiences including the Operations Team Client Service Managers clients subcontractors vendors and other stakeholders.
Adapt and/or improvise quickly as demanded by conditions or unknown factors.
Capability to work under pressure.
Good teamwork.
Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis.
Aptitude to work outside for long periods of time in unfavorable conditions.
Willingness to travel to assist other branches with notice.
Systems-oriented.
Results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for maintenance and mowing services ensuring all work is completed efficiently profitably and in alignment with client contracts.
Lead and manage field crews including scheduling routing quality control and performance evaluations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices across all maintenance activities.
Train new and existing employees on equipment use safety procedures plant identification and technical skills.
Manage primarily Aquatic treatments and some mowing
Maintain equipment and vehicles managing inventory and ensuring functionality.
Conduct regular site visits and quality assessments to ensure service standards and compliance requirements are met.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities and assisting with estimates staffing and client communication.
Collaborate with HR and leadership on hiring onboarding and certification requirements.
