Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product technology and design work.
As a Principal Product Manager Enterprise Delivery Management you will orchestrate enterprise-level delivery across complex cross-pyramid initiatives. Partnering with senior leaders across Product Tech and UX you will accelerate speed-to-market and speed-to-value while ensuring organizational alignment and optimizing enterprise planning routines. Working closely with Enterprise Product Strategy you will act as the orchestration leader for enterprise product and tech priorities by aligning roadmaps and delivery outcomes across multiple pyramids establishing consistent cadences that bring transparency to progress and risks and driving enterprise delivery for the most critical initiatives spanning multiple domains. You will ensure dependencies are surfaced and resolved quickly and serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for executives. By navigating competing priorities addressing blockers and driving alignment on enterprise sequencing and prioritization you will champion a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities
Provide enterprise-level orchestration across Product Tech and UX to ensure delivery of strategic business outcomes through technology.
Facilitate enterprise delivery cadences ensuring consistency and alignment across pyramids.
Influence coach and mentor product tech and UX leaders on scaling delivery practices and removing systemic impediments.
Anticipate escalate and resolve systemic blockers that threaten delivery of enterprise priorities.
Partner with executive leadership and Enterprise Product Strategy to align delivery outcomes with business strategy financial goals and guest value.
Deliver concise executive-ready communications and artifacts (e.g. scorecards dashboards updates) that drive decision-making and transparency at the enterprise level.
