Position Summary:
The Administrative Director of Emergency Services will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department (ED) ensuring excellence in clinical outcomes patient throughput and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Emergency Department operations staffing and performance management
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow safety and experience
Direct emergency preparedness planning and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Partner with nursing and physician leadership to align departmental and hospital objectives
Monitor and optimize financial operational and clinical performance metrics

Qualifications:
Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Emergency Services
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
Prior leadership experience in an acute care hospital environment required
