RWC Group is expanding our Mobile Service footprint across California and were looking for a dynamic Mobile Service Managerready to lead from the front.
This is more than a management role its an opportunity to build coach and growone of the most important divisions in our business. Youll lead multiple mobile technicians and units across the state ensuring uptime for our customers maximizing performance and driving a culture of urgency accountability and excellence.
What Youll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations for all California Mobile Service units
- Coach and develop technicians for safety quality and customer satisfaction
- Oversee dispatching scheduling and workflow efficiency
- Ensure strong relationships with local fleets and field customers with a focus on overall growth
- Track and manage financial performance (labor sales GP proficiency etc.)
- Partner with Parts Warranty and Service Leadership to streamline processes
- Maintain RWCs culture of integrity teamwork and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 3 years of service leadership experience (truck fleet or equipment industry preferred)
- Strong mechanical understanding
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and hit performance goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Desire to build something great team process and reputation
